    No — that's exactly what they're designed for. The ergonomic hook wraps over the top of your ear and holds the earbud in place through running, jumping and training. Unlike in-ear buds, they don't depend on pressure inside your ear canal to stay put.

    How long does the battery last?

    Up to 78 hours per charge, and up to 102 hours in total with the charging case. The case tops your earbuds up automatically every time you store them, and the LED indicator shows you how much battery is left.

    Do they work with my phone?

    Yes. They connect via Bluetooth to any smartphone, tablet or laptop — iPhone and Android. Open the case, select them once in your Bluetooth settings, and from then on they pair automatically.

    How long does shipping take, and can I return them?

    Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered in 8–12 days with full tracking. If you're not happy, you have 30 days to return them for a full refund — no questions asked.
